Odontonema strictum

Odontonema strictum is a species of plant in the family Acanthaceae which is native to South America. It is a showy ornamental with bright red inflorescences, and it can be kept as a shrub. It is suitable for "sun and shade" conditions. Odontonema grows to a height of two metres or half and it can does greatly in a container. The waxy flowers grow in twelve inch spikes andthey attract butterflies when they bloom.

We ship a robust, sun-grown plant, cultivated in a 14-18 cm pot, of variable height of 25-40 cm. This is a fast growing species and it is produced once or twice a year so the specimens can vary in size. We will always try to select a compact robust plant for you. We ship worldwide.
