This is one of the most beautiful and versatile ornamental Pandanus. It is totally spineless and it is bushy, with showy stilt roots. You can keep it small at 1 to -3 meters in height, but lucky people in the tropics or subtropics can make it grow into a gigantic dome-shaped tree, with 6 or more meters in height and diameters above 10 meters. Most people grow the variegated form, which has bright yellow stipes in the middle of each leaf. But this green, non variegated form is stunning too, with fabulous foliage. And of course it is faster and easier in cultivarion.
