Beautiful shrublet, all coated in white hairs. It blooms easily and the pink flowers look comparatively enormous! It is a semi-succulent from Bolivia and Argentina, and it grows in rocky sunny places at some elevation. It loves full sun and can take some frost in cultivation.
This is a summer-growing, winter-dormant plant. Plants shipped in winter will not look nice, as they lose most of their upper part.
