Clump forming, evergreen perennial with a long-lasting ornamental season. The blue flowers start in Spring and last until late summer. Then, these are followerd by the berries, that are even more blue. It is hardy to drought and frost, down to about -14 C and comes back from the ground after any tough stress. This species is native to S and E Australia and Tasmania.
