Si vous aimez les plantes exotiques, vous venez au bon endroit. Canarius offre le dur-à-trouver des plantes exotiques qui sont rarement disponibles dans les centres de jardin. Notre magasin a des espèces naturelles ainsi que des hybrides rares. Nous offrons des plantes exotiques en provenance des Îles Canaries.

Les plantes les plus intéressantes habitent dans les déserts du monde et les zones sèches. Canarius propose une sélection croissante de plantes succulentes de qualité maximale, car elles sont cultivées à l'extérieur en plein soleil des Canaries.
Les succulentes ou «plantes grasses» sont des espèces de rétention d'eau, adaptées aux conditions sèches. Ils stockent succum (jus, eau) dans leurs feuilles, les tiges ou racines, et ils présentent souvent une apparence robuste et charnue.
Les plantes exotiques sont des espèces provenant de contrées éloignées, qui ne sont pas dans leur habitat naturel. Généralement, elles sont à caractère décoratif, elles disposent d’un feuillage dense avec des fleurs de couleur vive et ont une forme inhabituelle… Ci-après, vous pourrez découvrir une grande variété de plantes exotiques, allant des broméliacées, héliconies et palmiers aux plantes d’intérieur.
Les plantes exotiques n'ont pas forcément d'utilité particulière, les collectionneurs achètent ce genre de plantes avant tout pour leur rareté et pour décorer des espaces intérieurs ou en plein air, selon l’environnement.

Hawaiian mango cultivar. Fruit medium to large (300-500 g), sweet, juicy, no fiber, richly flavored. It is a high quality mango, attractively coloured, with late, uneven ripening.

Heidi is a late bearing mango cultivar. It is yellow-red skinned at maturity, with sweet and spicy flavour and low fibre presence in a yellow pulp, it grows in between 400-500gr. Widely grown in South Africa and India. It does well in the Canary Islands.
Early cultivar with red-orange fruits of average weight. Low fibres. Developed in the 40's, it is still popular due to its good production, miuld but sweet flavor, disease resistance, and attractive color. The tree is small-sized.

Dwarf mango tree with huge purple-green juicy fruits of about 1 kg each. One of the most colourful of all. Bears late in season. Not really cold hardy, but being "dwarf" it can be easily protected in winter, grown in a greenhouse or trained on a wall.
This is one of the most sought after american mangos. It grows and fruits very well in non-tropical countries! It bears average sized, ovoid fruits with yellow-green skin. It has a low-average fibre presence. Early to mid-season.
Semi dwarf mango that can be trained at 3 m or below in height. It bears late in season large pruprle-red fruits with firm, juicy yellow flesh, aromatic and has an intensely sweet. It is a candidate fro growing in cold areas since it is dwarf, late and has a lot of resistance to fungal diseases.
A truly different mango with a citrusy flavour. This is an early bearing cultivar, with a unique taste, different from most other mangos.
Fruits of Mango "Lippens" are medium sized but short in length. The skin is yellow-pink and the yellow flesh is soft with low presence of fibres. Ripens in mid season. The tree is small-sized and is recommended for cooler locations.
This mango variety comes from various regions of southern India.It is characterized by being a fruit of considerable size and a rounded shape, with a small seed, and a very juicy and sweet flavor.
"New Generation" mango, developed for family use and not for the industry. Small sized tree with regular production of extremely flavourful fibre-free sweet fruits. Different people recognize different aromas and some will taste melon, papaya, honey, figs or so. Read more in the longer description!
The fruit is short, round but with a high weight, its skin is red-yellow, the flesh is yellow, smooth and with very low presence of fibres. Mid-late season. Young leaves are brown-reddish in colour. This mango is very juicy - one of our favourites!
Osteen is an average sized tree, very good in Mediterranean climates and so it is the leading mango cultivar in commercial orchards of Southern Spain. Purple skinned fruit, typically with a blue wax. Yellow, fibre-less flesh, small seed. Weight is 300-700
Early season mango from India, with excellent quality. Fruits are green when ripe, with a hint of red. Flesh is yellow-orange, with a sweet, rich and unique taste. It is very popular in in Western India. The flavor is rich and spicy, reminiscent of the finest of the Indian dessert types. Weights between 250 - 400 gr.
