Leaves can be picked continuosly and are often eaten lightly cooked, as a spinach. Leaves are high in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, and calcium, protein and soluble fibres. It is helpful to human metabolism in many ways and it is nowadays often sold as a nutritional supplement.
