Its beautiful large leaves contain several flavonoids and they are used as medicines for different purposes. The tree is adaptable and attains 3 to 30 m tall, depending on conditions. Leaves fall in winter and turn as red as Canadian forests in fall.

It is very fast growing when the weather is warm, so we offer a stout seedling, 1-2 years old, grown in a 12-15 cm pot. Plants will be leafless in winter.
