Typhonium circinnatum is a dwarf tuberous species that makes a beautiful bright silvery leaf and a small inflorescence held close to the ground. The spathe is green and plumpy at the base, and glossy brown above with a nice curly tip. According to the IUCN, this species is Endangered and it is known from only one location in Vietnam and one in Cambodia, at about 600 m asl, in wet places in the shade of evergreen broadleaved forest. It is a summer grower, deciduous in the cooler/drier months.
