The beautiful sea daffodil is found on sandy beaches throughout the Mediterranean. Bulbs bear beautiful fans of twisting strap leaves during the cooler months. They produce showy umbels with few to 15 white fragrant flowers, in August to October. There is diversity among the wild populations and this clone originated from seeds collected
These bulbs have very long "necks", so they need to be planted quite deep, in sand or other fast-draining soil. Give a short summer rest to boost flowering.
We will ship one adult bulb, often rooted. It can be dormant or leafy according to the time of the year. In case it is growing, we may cut off some leaves for the shipment. We ship it worldwide.
