Beautiful succulent, native to the dry forests of northern Madagascar, 40 to 80 cm tall, when blooming.
It has large, pinnate pale green leaves, turning bronze in full sun.
Once a year, Kalanchoe maromokotrensis builds an enormous inflorescence, often much larger than the rest of its leafy body. The bloom is up to 40 cm tall, with lots of swollen waxy flowers, striped in white and pink.
