In placing an order at canarius.com, you agree to be bound by the general terms and conditions of Canarius. Canarius reserves the right to periodically change its terms of delivery and payment.

The product images on our web pages are for reference only, and do not depict the actual goods being offered for sale, unless mentioned otherwise. Product descriptions and any details in the catalogue, newsletter and on the website carry no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, and may contain errors. All prices are given in euros.

Visitors to our website can browse our web pages freely. Customers will be required to register on-line, providing us with their full name, postal address, telephone number and email address, in order to use this service.

As the growth in online communication increases, the security of your personal data has never been more important to us. Your user details are stored confidentially and will never be released by us into the public domain or passed on by us to a third party for the use of marketing without your consent, or for any other purpose unless we are strictly authorised to do so by a law enforcement agency.

DELIVERY

After your payment has been received by Canarius, the goods that you have ordered will be packed, shipped and delivered to you. All goods are usually in stock, however, on occasions where demand is such that we cannot supply immediately, Canarius will inform you about it and will hold your order. If a subsequent delivery eventually is no longer possible, canarius.com will inform you about it and your order will be cancelled and refunded.  In some cases we will send you a substitute article after having consulted with you. All mentioned delivery times are only an indication and cannot lead to any rights or liabilities. If you have received goods from Canarius that you have not ordered, you should inform Canarius of this as soon as possible.

Goods are delivered by mail from our premises in Spain, and are usually shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the total order weight and preferred postal service to your destination. We currently offer standard mail and "signed-for" registered mail. Delivery times are estimated at 1-8 days within Spain and 5-10 days within the rest of the European Union.

CANCELLING, RETURNING, AND EXCHANGING

After you have placed an order, you may cancel it within 7 days after having placed the order, on condition that the order has not yet been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, you may return the goods within 7 days after having received the order. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client. If you would like to exchange an article, you may do so within 10 days after the article has been delivered to you. First you should return the article that you would like to exchange to Canarius. After we have received the article, we will send you the replacing article. Perishable articles will be not be replaced. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client. Canarius takes great care in selecting high quality products. We also have a high standard in packaging and shipping. Should you in spite of this, receive a damaged or incomplete article, you should inform us about it within 48 hours after receiving the article, by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it may then, after consultation with you, send you a replacement article. Shipping costs for returning the article that has to be replaced, will be paid for by the client.
