CONSENT By making use of the facilities offered to you as a registered user, you consent to the collection of personal information, as and when it is necessary. DELIVERY After your payment has been received by Canarius, the goods that you have ordered will be packed, shipped and delivered to you. All goods are usually in stock, however, on occasions where demand is such that we cannot supply immediately, Canarius will inform you about it and will hold your order. If a subsequent delivery eventually is no longer possible, canarius.com will inform you about it and your order will be cancelled and refunded. In some cases we will send you a substitute article after having consulted with you. All mentioned delivery times are only an indication and cannot lead to any rights or liabilities. If you have received goods from Canarius that you have not ordered, you should inform Canarius of this as soon as possible. Goods are delivered by mail from our premises in Spain, and are usually shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the total order weight and preferred postal service to your destination. We currently offer standard mail and "signed-for" registered mail. Delivery times are estimated at 1-8 days within Spain and 5-10 days within the rest of the European Union. CANCELLING, RETURNING, AND EXCHANGING After you have placed an order, you may cancel it within 7 days after having placed the order, on condition that the order has not yet been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, you may return the goods within 7 days after having received the order. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client. If you would like to exchange an article, you may do so within 10 days after the article has been delivered to you. First you should return the article that you would like to exchange to Canarius. After we have received the article, we will send you the replacing article. Perishable articles will be not be replaced. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client. Canarius takes great care in selecting high quality products. We also have a high standard in packaging and shipping. Should you in spite of this, receive a damaged or incomplete article, you should inform us about it within 48 hours after receiving the article, by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Shipping costs for returning the article that has to be replaced, will be paid for by the client. MINIMUM ORDER We set a minimum order amount of 20 Euros.: PAYMENT To pay for your order, you can use one of the following means of payment: By bank: (when paying from abroad, choose shared transaction costs (SHA), this way transactions within Europe are free of charges) By PayPal: an internationally recognized, safe and quick way to pay with your credit card. IMPORT REGULATIONS, DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTSWe will not be responsable for not meeting the requirements of import regulations of your country. It is your responsibility to get all the information about norms and requirements for importing our products. Shipping and importation are at your risk and expense. Costs incurred through import duties, inspection charges, treatments and the like are solely your responsibility. Damage to, or partial loss of shipments must be noted on receipt by the deliverer on the shipping documents. We can file a claim for damaged or lost shipments with the shipping company on your behalf. Compensation for damaged or lost shipments may be given in the form of replacements where applicable. LIABILITYWe shall not be held liable for any damages or expenses incurred by or through the purchase of our products or the use of our website.
