NOTICE: Dear customers, our webshop is currently closed, since we suspended the packing and shipping activity last summer. The nurseries are still working and producing new plants for the market. We are now making changes in our packing centre and we will hopefully restart in Spring 2012. Join us in Facebook in order to keep in touch.

CANARIUS is a web-based shop that will take to your home about 700 different products from the Canary Islands. We ship to any countries in the European Union. Each month, CANARIUS is visited by thousands of people and products will change quite often. Some are available in very small quantities, so if an item interests you, do be quick.
BROWSE THE WEBSITE Discover the shopping experience on CANARIUS. Visitors are welcome to browse freely our website. You can start to fill your shopping cart without logging-in. Each product is finely described and shown in pictures. In most cases we show you an image of a product very similar to the one we will pack and ship. Minor differences may exist. Our web is interactive, as you can drop your comments and questions in the page of each item of your interest. We ask a minimum order amount of 20 €. We offer a catalogue with about 700 different products. SEARCH THE SITE AND THE SHOP You can go straight to the items you are looking for. Most products are filed in specific categories, but other products are mixed here and there. For example, papaya trees are kept within “Fruit Trees A-Z ”, and Papaya Jam can be found in “Honeys and Jams ”. If you are looking for papayas, search the word PAPAYA in our Search Engines.REGISTER AND LOG IN Logging in is needed in order to check out your shopping cart, pay and place the order, but there are other reasons to do it. Once you register and log in, you can take part in the various services we offer, including: - Permanent Shopping Cart - Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out. - Bimonthly newsletter, with new products, discounts, special offers and exclusive selections. - Order History - View your history of purchases that you have made with us. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping and packing charges are automatically calculated by the website. You can chose among different shipping rates. Our postal service works smoothly and we often suggest to chose the cheapest option. The more you buy, the less it costs. It is comparatively more expensive to ship smaller orders. Click here to read more about Shipping Costs . PAYMENT There are three ways to pay at CANARIUS: - Credit Card: Paypal. You can use your paypal account. This takes up a small commission from Paypal. - Credit Card: CajaCanarias. This is the largest bank in the Canary Islands. The bank will charge your credit car for us, using their secure server. This takes no commission. - Bank Transfer. Pay through your bank. We will process your order once we get the payment, so it will delay the shipment of 1-3 days. It usually takes no commission. Bank account numbers are displayed at the end of this page. PACKING, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Once your order is confirmed, we prepare the items you ordered. They are checked, cleaned and labelled carefully. The package will be usually shipped on the very start of the following week in order to ensure a fast delivery with no week-ends between. Travelling time is often 3-9 days, from the Canary Islands to anywhere in Europe. You will get the box about 6-14 days since you place the order, but this is because we need some extra days to prepare and ship the box. If living plants are received, they need to be unpacked promptly, put upright and exposed to light. Read here what to do when you get a shipment of plants. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will quickly reply back. OUR BLOG Canarius blog is an ever growing source of information about the plants and foods produced in the Canarian archipelago.
