Canarian "salmorejo" is a typical seasoning to prepare meats in particular for rabbit. This dry salmorejo contains: garlic, oregano, paprika and other spices. To prepare it add oil and salt to the content of the pack and leave marinating with meat during a few hours before cooking it. 10 Kg. of meat can be prepared. |
