The "mojos" are one of the most popular traditional sauces in the Canarian cuisine, which go with many traditional dishes such as wrinkled potatoes (papas arrugadas), fish, meat, "gofio" or simply dipped with bread. In this duo-pack there is red mild mojo prepared with red pepper, vegetal oil, garlic, salt, red chilli, cumin, vinegar and spices. There is also green mild mojo prepared with green pepper, vegetal oil, garlic, salt, green chilli, cumin, vinegar and spices. Both sauces are concentrated and can be diluted adding oil as desired. The Canarian mojos Guachinerfe has been awarded with the Alhondiga prizes in 1998, 1999 and 2000 and the awards of the FAT in 2000 and 2002. |
