The "mojos" are one of the most popular traditional sauces in the Canarian cuisine, which go with many traditional dishes such as wrinkled potatoes (papas arrugadas), fish, meat, "gofio" or simply dipped with bread. This dry red hot mojo contains: garlic, cumin, pepper and other spices. To prepare it add oil, water, salt and a little of vinegar and mix well. 750 ml of red hot mojo can be prepared. |
