Canarian marinade is a typical seasoning for meat and fish. This dry marinade contains garlic, cumin, thyme, oregano and other spices. Just add oil, salt and a little wine to the content of this pack, and leave marinating a few hours. 10 Kg of meat or fish can be prepared with this pack. |
