Fine leaved bamboo-like palm, excellent as house plant. Rhapis humilis is native to evergreen forests of southern China. Clustering, bamboo-like palm, 2-6 m (6-18 ft) tall, with finely divided palmate leaves with 12-25 thin segments. It is well adapted to cool climates. It should be protected from frost but it can survive to occasional hard freezes. The size of this plant is: h= 20-40 cm - Cont. 12 cm. |
