"Frangollo" is one of the most traditional and nutritive among Canarian desserts, made of sweet cornmeal. The frangollo Comeztier is made with selected corn grains. This dessert is easily prepared by adding to the frangollo milk, yolk, butter, cinnamon, lemon grid, raisins, almonds and sugar. There are many variations of this recipe; we recommend following the indications in the pack. |
