Bizcochos de Moya are sponge fingers typical from Moya in the island of Gran Canaria. This handmade sponge fingers are made of wheat flour, fresh eggs, sugar, grated lemon rind and yeast. They are delicious in the breakfast, with chocolate, in the tea time, with fruit juices or liqueurs. |
