"Sweet granadilla" is a high-elevation passion fruit from the Andes. It does well in cool climates and can fruit even in countries with short, cool summers. It must be protected from frost, but it can sprout back from the base if the roots are protected. Leaves are very ornamental: perfectly hearth shaped. The fruit is delicious. Passiflora ligularis is one of the best of all passion fruits. |
